BioFrequency Buddy is run by Lance, who uses Spooky2 and other frequency devices himself. There's a lot of information out there about these devices, but it's scattered across manuals, Facebook groups and videos, and it's hard to follow when you're new. This is the site Lance wished existed when he opened his first Spooky2 box: one place that explains the setup plainly and goes deep enough to actually help.
Every guide starts with research: the maker's own manuals, help center and blog, and what experienced users are doing and recommending. Then Lance sets the device up himself, uses it, and we write down what worked, what didn't, and where the official instructions tripped us up. Each guide makes clear which parts come from research and which come from our own use, and lists its sources.
