After Liver Function Balance: adding the kidney program

Before you start

This guide picks up where After the Schumann Resonator: the next program for sensitive users ends. So it assumes the Schumann Resonator is running on Generator 1, and you've run Liver Function Balance (XTRA) in the Healing (R) - JW shell on Generator 2 for your 3 to 5 days.

Parts 1 to 6 below show every click, from stopping Generator 2 to checking that Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate stops after one pass. Before the steps, I show why I'd add Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate next, so you can see if it looks like the right next step for you too.

What's inside Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate (XTRA)

• Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate (XTRA) is one frequency, 625 Hz, for 180 seconds. So one pass is 3 minutes.
• On the Programs tab, the result line reads Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate, then 3 mins, then XTRA 625. Basically, XTRA is the name of the Spooky2 database that Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate comes from.
• When you click Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate, its own note shows in the description box. The note says "Drink lots of pure water."

Why Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate comes next

Spooky2 suggests Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate in a Healing shell

Spooky2's help center article on the kidney and liver is the same article that names Liver Function Balance. It says, "Try some of the following programs using one of the Healing Shell presets for Remote or Contact: Kidney Function Balance, Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate, Liver Function Balance." And for anyone with known kidney or liver issues, the article says to reduce "the run time and the power/voltage levels."

Why I'd pair a kidney program with Liver Function Balance

The liver and the kidneys both help clear waste from the body. The liver helps remove poisons (MedlinePlus on the liver), and the kidneys filter the blood and remove wastes and extra water, which become urine (MedlinePlus on the kidneys). Spooky2's help center article puts a liver program and two kidney programs on the same short list, and Liver Function Balance and Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate are both on it. Pairing those two programs comes straight from that article. Keep in mind, the order is my own pick. Spooky2 doesn't set an order for these programs anywhere.

Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate is the smallest step I found

• Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate is one frequency for 3 minutes. Liver Function Balance is six frequencies for 18 minutes.
• Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate is a support program. Spooky2 named Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate after a body part and what that body part does, not after a germ.
• Spooky2 explains reactions as die-off. Its Smoother Healing guide says a Herx "occurs when a rapid die-off of pathogens releases toxins into the bloodstream." So by Spooky2's own explanation, a support program like Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate could be less likely to cause die-off reactions than a program aimed at germs.

Why not the other kidney programs

So here's what's inside the other kidney programs.

• Kidney Function Balance (XTRA) has 37 frequencies and runs about 1 hour 51 minutes. It includes 880, 786, 3000, 5000 and 10000 Hz.
• Kidney Tonic General (CAFL) has 9 frequencies, including 880, 3000, 5000 and 10000 Hz.
• Kidney Insufficiency (CAFL) has 20 frequencies, including 880 Hz.
• Kidneys, stimulation (BIO) has 47 frequencies and runs over 2 hours, including 880 Hz.

So all four of those kidney programs include 880 Hz, and two of them also include 10000 Hz. Basically, 880 and 10000 Hz are frequencies that show up all over Spooky2's Rife Frequency List, for all kinds of conditions. In that list of 544 entries, 880 Hz is in 123, while 625 Hz is in only 9.

So ultimately, each of those four kidney programs is a much bigger step than one frequency for 3 minutes.

Kidney Meridian Balance/Correct (XTRA) is the other small option. It's 9.2 Hz for 3 minutes. I went with Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate because it's the smaller of the two kidney programs Spooky2's help center article names for a Healing shell, and Kidney Meridian Balance/Correct isn't on that list at all.

What you need

• You'll need the same setup as my Liver Function Balance guide, in Remote mode. The second Boost is plugged into Out 1 and Out 2 of Generator 2 on your GeneratorX Pro, or GX Pro, which is $650 on Spooky2's store. And the second Remote is in that Boost's BN port. The GX Pro Essential Kit comes with two Boosts and two Remotes. If you need them separately, the Boost v3.1 is $18 and the Remote v2.0 is $48 on Spooky2's store.
• You'll need fresh nail clippings in the second Remote.
• And the Schumann Resonator keeps running on Generator 1 the whole time.

Part 1
Stop Generator 2 before you start

1. Click the Control tab. Click the Generator 2 box, which was box 3 on my setup, and click Stop if anything is running on Generator 2. Leave Generator 1, which is running the Schumann Resonator, alone.

Part 2
Load the empty Healing (R) - JW shell

2. Click the Presets tab. Type Healing (R) - JW in the search box and click the magnifying glass.
3. The search shows more than one Healing (R) - JW, and only one of them is the empty Remote shell. So click each Healing (R) - JW in turn until the folder path above the search box reads ...Shell (Empty) Presets\Remote\Healing (R) - JW.

Part 3
Add Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate (XTRA)

4. Click the Programs tab. Type kidney function normalize in the search box and click the magnifying glass.
5. Double-click Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate. Check that the result line says XTRA and 625.
6. Check that Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate (XTRA) is the only program under Loaded Programs, at the bottom left. And check that Estimated Total Run Time reads 00:03:00.

Part 4
Make Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate stop after one pass

7. Find the Options section. It's in the bottom half of the Programs tab, just right of the Loaded Programs box and left of the line with the Run checkbox. Options has six lines: Repeat Each Frequency 1, Repeat Each Program 1, Repeat Sequence 1, Repeat Chain 0, Dwell Multiplier 1 and Frequency Multiplier 1. Click the 0 next to Repeat Chain, which is the fourth line, type 1, and press Tab on your keyboard.

Part 5
Turn the voltage down to 2.5 V

8. Click the Settings tab. Look at the top left, under Signal Settings. The Amplitude row is just under Duty Cycle, and it shows 10 for Out 1 and Out 2. Change Out 1 to 2.5 and press Tab. Then change Out 2 to 2.5 and press Tab.
9. Leave the waveform alone. In the Waveform Setup list, column 1, the fourth dot down is the inverted sawtooth, and that's the shell's default. Liver Function Balance ran on the inverted sawtooth too. So keeping the inverted sawtooth means Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate is the only thing that's different from your Liver Function Balance runs.

Part 6
Start Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate on Generator 2

10. Click the Control tab. Tick Overwrite Generator, click the Generator 2 box, then click Start. Start is the top button in the column on the left side of the Control tab, and Scan is directly below it.
11. Check Generator Output. It should show frequency 625 and amplitude 2.5v. And the GX Pro's own screen should show Generator 2 at 625.
12. After about 3 minutes, the Generator 2 box should reach 100% and stop. If the Generator 2 box starts over, click Stop and check that Repeat Chain is 1.

How long and how often

• For the first 3 days, I'd run Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate on its own, once a day, as the only program in the shell. Stop Liver Function Balance for those 3 days, so Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate is the only new program you're running. Keep the Schumann Resonator running on Generator 1, and add nothing else new. Spooky2 doesn't give a number of days for Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate, so the 3 days is my suggestion.
• After those 3 days, run Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate right after Liver Function Balance, in the same Healing (R) - JW shell. On the Programs tab, double-click both programs so both are under Loaded Programs, with Liver Function Balance first and Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate second. Estimated Total Run Time should read 00:21:00. Set Repeat Chain to 1 and the voltage to 2.5 V, the same as before.
• Each day, load the Healing (R) - JW shell and set Repeat Chain to 1 and the voltage to 2.5 V again, because the Healing (R) - JW shell comes back at 10 V and Repeat Chain 0 every time you load it.
• Take one day off each week from the daily runs. That's my suggestion, and the frequency fatigue paragraph below explains why a day off could matter.

Once you've had several days on the 21-minute liver and kidney set with none of Spooky2's reaction signs, you could add one more small program, Lymph System Circulation Stimulate (XTRA), which is 15.19 Hz for 6 minutes. Some Spooky2 users talk about something they call "frequency fatigue". They tie frequency fatigue to running one frequency for a very long time. A short daily set with a day off each week is a long way from that, so frequency fatigue may not be much of a concern here. Keep in mind, frequency fatigue comes from user reports, not research.

What to watch for, and what to do

Going well means you feel the same as you did before you added Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate. Keep a short note each day with the date, what ran and the voltage, and how you felt that evening and the next morning.

Not going well could look like the reaction signs Spooky2 lists: flu-like feelings, skin itching or breakouts, and fatigue.

Here's what I'd do if you notice those signs:

1. Stop Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate.
2. Keep the Schumann Resonator running on Generator 1, the same as before.
3. Wait until you feel back to normal. Spooky2's advice is to drink plenty of water, and Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate's own note says "Drink lots of pure water."
4. Then try Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate again at 1 V instead of 2.5 V. Or keep 2.5 V and run Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate every other day.

And keep in mind, if you have severe or unusual symptoms, get checked by a doctor rather than pushing through.

So ultimately, Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate (XTRA) is one frequency for 3 minutes at 2.5 V, and you add it on its own before you pair it with Liver Function Balance. And hopefully this makes adding Kidney Function Normalize Stimulate a little easier.
